Payment

• Dr. Farley offers a discount of 5% for cash payment in full if paid before or at the time the braces or appliances are placed.

• 2% discount for payment in full with Visa or Mastercard

• 30% of the total charge is the down payment due at the placement of the braces. The remaining balance would be paid in monthly installments. No interest will be charged if paid on the date set up.

• Our office also offers a payment option with Chase Health Advance at chasehealthadvance.com, which will allow you to begin treatment with no down payment, low monthly payments and a no or low fixed interest rate. You simply click on this link get pre-approved:  Chase Health Advance.

• We also accept MasterCard and Visa.
